Ex-FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried has put his luxury Bahamas penthouse up for sale for $40million after the company filed for bankruptcy on Friday.
The 30-year-old has decided to sell the exclusive 12,000 square foot pad in Albany marina, on Nassau, after setting up the company's headquarters there.
Disgraced Bankman-Fried said he was currently in the Bahamas over the weekend, though it is unclear if it was to put the property on the market.
FTX filed for bankruptcy on Friday, one of the highest profile crypto blowups, after traders rushed to withdraw $6 billion from the platform in just 72 hours and rival exchange Binance abandoned a proposed rescue deal.
He also allegedly took out $10billion of customer funds from FTX to give to Alameda, another start-up which was run by his former lover Caroline Ellison, with a large portion disappearing.
The penthouse boasts five bedrooms, with the master suite having walk-in closets and a private balcony with a lounge and spa area.
The next buyer will enjoy the grand living room with an open dining area and a stunning outdoor pool, as well as a family entertainment room, kitchen with a separate bar and an outdoor BBQ alcove with seating.

It was designed by Morris Ajmi Architects, and is on the market for $39,950,000 and an additional $21,000 in maintenance fees.
The property is decorated with venetian plaster walls with matching italian marble accents, on top of an LED lighting system and a private garage.  
It is understood that Bankman-Fried lived in the property with eight of his college friends who helped to set up FTX - as well as his then-gir that all of the FTX top brass had homes in the residence — it's unclear just how many properties will be listed in the coming days.
They all reside at the Albany Club, which is the most exclusive resort community in the Bahamas which boasts members including Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake.
General Manager Damien Michelmore sent residents an email with the update that fellow member Sam Bankman-Fried's company 'FTX filed for bankruptcy' and instructed residents not to speak to the press.
He added: 'Out of respect we offer to all homeowners and members, we have instructed our employees to not speak to the press, and we respectfully ask fellow members and homeowners to also not provide any comments at this time.'
