The symptoms of ringing and buzzing noises in one or both ears are related to a very common medical complaint known correctly as tinnitus. This problem affects quite a large proportion of the population, and becomes especially more prevalent the older one becomes. If you want to know why you hear a ringing noise in your ear, it is because tinnitus is actually caused by damage to your ear system through exposure to loud noises over time. It is similar to the ringing noise you might hear in your ears after going to a loud rock concert, except tinnitus tends to linger for a much longer time and can become very frustrating, very quickly.
It can result from happy and exciting moments or negative events. But constant stress is wearing on the body and attacks its' weaker points. Some will have back pain, others get headaches, some digestive upsets, and we have increased intensified tinnitus! Whatever part of our body that may be bothering us will become weaker with stress. Managing stress can reduce the severity of our tinnitus. The many various ways to do this is an entire book in itself. Exercise is one tried and true method, and should be incorporated into our day to day lives for many reasons, including stress reduction.
